Gemotions

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the small apartment. David sat at his kitchen table, sunlight streaming in through the open window. He had just finished a satisfying breakfast, and now held a well-worn copy of "One Hundred Years of Solitude". He felt a sense of quiet satisfaction.

He began to read, easily flowing into the tale. A small something fell onto the table. It was a letter, aged and carefully folded. He examined it, running a finger along the edges before carefully unfolding it. The unknown handwriting seemed to emanate a comforting presence.
